Overview

Foam Engineers was selected in March of 2009 to insulate the underside of the "green roof" and maintenance building at the City Gardens project in St. Louis Missouri.

The Foam Engineers crew and spray rig arrive at the "green" job site. A certified installer watches as the newly applied foam expands to fill every crack. More than 10 inches of foam was sprayed under the metal deck to provide a superior insulating system.

Applied foam clings to the underside of the metal roof deck. Notice the heating and cooling ductwork is below the insulation, so less energy is required to maintain conditioned air temperature to the point of delivery.

Café walls were also fully sealed and insulated with spray foam to deliver a continuous system.
